Report: Problems Continue in IDing Foreign Nationals Entering US

 Until DHS is able to articulate how US-VISIT, a program conceived to collect data on selected foreigners entering and exiting the US, aligns with other border security initiatives, we cannot ensure that the program will meet strategic goals or operate cost effectively nor can Congress allocate resources.
